【国際コース】　「Communication Skills」授業　～英語での発表能力を身につける～　

　本日の「Communication Skills」レベル2の授業は、発表の日です。

　先週から二人組に分けて、「これから行われるイベント」をテーマにして、発表を準備してきました。全ての組は自分で選んだイベントについての情報を集めて、スライドやスクリプトを使って、英語で5分以内に発表をしました。

　また、他のグループの発表を見ているときは、英語発表の採点ルーブリックに従って評価を提供しました。

　発表で紹介されたイベントは、地元の祭り、全国花火大会、音楽フェスなど様々なもので、英語の練習だけではなく、情報交換にも良い機会となりました！

Today was presentation day in our Communication Skills Level 2 class. From last week, students split into pairs and prepared a presentation about “a future event.” Each group gathered information about their chosen event, prepared slides and scripts, and gave a 5-minute presentation. When they were watching the other groups’ presentations, students used an English Presentation Marking Rubric to give their classmates a score. There were presentations on many different events, including local festivals, national firework displays, and music festivals, so it as a great opportunity, not just for practicing English, but also for sharing information about fun events we can go to over the summer vacation!
