【インターナショナルコース】CLILの授業の様子をご紹介します

Today was a challenging day for some of the International first and second year students. They had the opportunity to join the multi-campus CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) class for a trial lesson. The topic today was an introduction to anthropology and the vocabulary was extremely difficult, but they all did their best to follow the lesson. Although it was a chance to observe the class to see what it’s like, some students even pushed themselves to participate and shared their ideas with their peers. We hope to see many of them join the class next year!

クラーク国際のインターナショナルコースではCLIL（英語で他教科を勉強する授業）をキャンパス横断で実施しており、英検2級以上の生徒はこのクラスを選択することができます。この日は次年度の参考に…ということで、1年生や2年生の希望者はトライアルでCLILの授業に初挑戦。トピックは英語で人類学。単語もとても難しい内容でしたが、参加した生徒たちは授業についていけるように一生懸命頑張っていました。また、自身の考えを発信する積極的な姿も見られました。来年はより多くの生徒が参加してくれると嬉しいです。
